A leading digital media company in Crawley is seeking a talented Web Designer to join their team. You'll be responsible for designing user-centric, responsive websites and interfaces while collaborating with other digital team members. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, a relevant degree, and skills in HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite. This role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working model.
Fantastic permanent opportunity for a talented and experienced Web Designer to join a Global award-winning Digital Media Business located in West Sussex.
The Web Designer role is to support the design and development of the company's and customers' web platforms.
Playing a pivotal role in UX and UI design, the Web Designer will collaborate with the Senior members of the team and the wider digital team to create and design user‑centric, responsive and accessible solutions, translating design ideas into intuitive interfaces that optimise user journeys.
You will possess a great understanding of web design and have a passion for creating user‑focused, innovative and engaging digital experiences. Conducting user research and analysing data to enhance design decisions, creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows to visualise concepts.
Designing responsive, high‑quality UI layouts aligned with brand guidelines, developing designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools, collaborating with developers to ensure smooth design‑to‑code implementation, and presenting designs to gather feedback and refine concepts.
