Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Bar Manager for a fine dining restaurant in Hatching Green. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality, excellent leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and bar operations is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Michelin guide restaurant, open 5 days a week with the bar operating 7 days.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of bar operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Cocktail or Mixologist experience is an advantage.
Skills
We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager wanted for a fine dining restaurant based in Harpenden. This is a fabulous opportunity to work in an Estrella Michelin guide restaurant. The restaurant is open 5 days per week with the bar open 7 days a week.
