A leading health organization in North Wales is seeking a Clinical Team Manager for the Conwy CAMHS team. This role involves operational management and leadership of a multidisciplinary team providing essential services to children and adolescents. Candidates with a background in child mental health or related clinical specialties are encouraged to apply. The position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a supportive environment.
We are pleased to announce that an exciting opportunity for a secondment has arisen to join our CAMH leadership team in Conwy and Denbighshire as a Clinical Team Manager in Conwy CAMHS in our Child and Adolescent Service to cover a period of Maternity Leave.
Conwy CAMHS is based in Llandudno, North Wales. The team is multidisciplinary and offers a range of early intervention and direct assessment and therapeutic services to school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, referred with a range of emotional and behavioural disorders. The team leader is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the team in partnership with clinical and admin leads and the service manager.
North Wales is a beautiful part of the country with good schools, a range of leisure activities, and plenty of scenery. Conwy offers diverse environments from rugged mountains to coastlines, with access to larger cities within an hour. Relocation packages can be discussed for those moving into the area to join our team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
