You will be based at either our City or Coach Lane campus as part of the IT Application Support team within Digital Technology and Transformation Services. Our team operates in a collaborative, on-campus environment where colleagues work regular patterns with flexibility around timing and location in discussion with managers.
The role involves working closely with the Application Support Manager, Head of Infrastructure and various stakeholders across the university. You'll also engage with external suppliers and may attend industry conferences and events to support relationship building and professional development.
Within Digital Technology and Transformation Services we deliver a comprehensive range of IT services that support the university's mission and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless technology experiences for staff and students across all campuses.
