Introduction:

Are you a fluent German speaker and are ready to drive sales growth, join a passionate team and contribute to the entertainment industry with impactful solutions? Our client is based in the UK with an office in Germany. They are looking for someone who speaks German in the UK to join their team in Germany/UK and work remotely.

They offer businesses, government organizations, and other organizations the opportunity showcase films, television shows, and audiovisual masterpieces in public spaces while ensuring that the rights of content creators are upheld. Our client licenses hundreds of thousands of locations in more than 28 countries around the world. Their license covers public performances from broadcast, cable, and satellite television; DVDs and Blu-ray; downloads and streaming services.

They work hard to educate organisations about the importance of respecting copyright, and prides themselves in being a key player in the entertainment and intellectual property ecosystem. Headquartered in the United Kingdom with a contemporary office in Munich, Germany, our client is currently seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. This is a remote position in the UK with occasional travel to the office in Munich and sometimes maybe the UK.

As a vital member of this expanding sales force, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s outbound sales operations to new heights. All the Sales calls will be to companies in Germany and conducted in German. English is required for Internal use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Representative: Actively contact new clients to sell our clients product.
  • Client Queries: Handle inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability, and more.
  • Education: Explaining to clients the importance of our clients license for their business to be compliant as well as how it benefits studios.
  • Get Deals Done: Build relationships with clients and be persistent to get sales over the line.
  • CRM Management: Log and document relevant information and client communication in their CRM system.
  • Meet KPIs: Meet and exceed the targets set and earn commission

Who You Are:

  • Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Focused: You are dedicated to providing exceptional service and building solid relationships.
  • Organised: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep detailed records.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Persistent: You follow up regularly with clients to ensure that sales go through.
  • Resilient: You aren’t phased by a ‘no’ or a negative interaction, you bounce back straight away. Language: Native or Fluent German Speaker; Proficiency in English is required.
