Talent Acquisition Partner – Global Scope | London-Based

Frazer Jones is proud to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of a leading organisation in the insurance and financial services sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house recruitment professional to take ownership of global hiring operations and shape a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across international offices
• Partner with senior stakeholders on headcount planning and workforce strategy
• Drive direct sourcing, employer branding, and D&I initiatives
• Manage and mentor a Talent Acquisition Advisor
• Optimise recruitment tools, processes, and candidate experience

Experience Required:

• Proven in-house recruitment experience is essential
• Background in financial services or professional services
• Ideally from a smaller or mid-sized organisation, comfortable in both strategic and hands-on delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and a passion for building high-performing teams

You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team and reporting directly to the Group People Director, playing a key role in shaping the future of talent.
