A leading energy provider is seeking a Programme Manager for their Capital Delivery team in Coventry. In this permanent role, you will manage large-scale programmes, ensuring effective delivery and compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business, demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, and possess exceptional communication abilities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our Capital Delivery team.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work across the network and spend approximately three days per week on-site across all five networks. A Full UK Driving Licence is required, and subject to meeting the mileage requirements a Company Car/Car Allowance will be provided.
As a Programme Manager, you’ll take ownership of a significant portfolio of work ranging from large scale Capital works to high volume smaller investment programmes - focusing on programme management rather than individual project delivery. You’ll lead programme, planning, governance and assurance processes, embed structured lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across Capital Delivery whilst working closely along side the operational and commercial functions.
You’re a confident leader with proven experience in programme management and a strong understanding of operational delivery.
