As a EDM Consultant, you’ll work to implement and configure our exciting Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream. You will work closely with team members, as well as independently and confidently to manage your own workload. You’ll be able to understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions aligned to their needs. You’ll support more junior team members and share your knowledge with them.

• Very good understanding of Workday products, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, or related capabilities.
• Strong customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships. Know when to escalate issues.
• Clear and effective communication skills, able to interact with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in remote settings.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Consulting skills such as presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers.
• Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures, maintaining high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, ensuring information security at all times.

• Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Project Management Certification.
