They are a growing, forward‑thinking broker based in Chelmsford, Essex, with a dynamic team that brings together decades of broking experience. They specialise in commercial insurance solutions for clients across the UK – from fleet and haulage to property, construction, and professional services.

We're now looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive, whether as a junior or experienced broker to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys the challenge of business development, and wants to be part of a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Sales
  • Proactively develop your client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Attend local and sector‑specific networking events.
  • Achieve new business targets in line with sales strategy and personal goals.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed business performance KPIs.
Account Management
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring excellent service and high retention.
  • Collaborate with our broking team on new business and renewals.
  • Manage the renewal process and present competitive, compliant options to clients.
  • Identify client needs and match them to the right insurance solutions.
  • Support clients with mid‑term adjustments, documentation, and invoicing.
