Hours: 7:30 PM - 9:00 AM

Schedule: 4 nights on / 4 nights off (2-week rotation)

Note: Client's sister covers alternating two weeks once settled

Every Sunday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Every Other Saturday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Additional Hours: Cover absences ad-hoc shifts as needed

4. Personality: Friendly, enjoys routines, art classes, and drives
5. Carer Preference: Male or female applicants welcome

1. Must be 21+ years old
2. Experience with learning disabilities/autism
3. Kind, reliable, and passionate about care
4. Good spoken English and communication
5. Driver with own vehicle (required)

1. 3-day induction training
2. 2-3 days of shadowing before starting independently
