A community support organization in Norwich is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide exceptional care and empower individuals through meaningful activities. In this role, you will assist residents in social engagement and facilitate communication. With a focus on kindness and creativity, applicants should be passionate about supporting the community. The position offers rotational shifts with an hourly pay rate between £12.76 and £13.06, along with various financial and professional benefits.

If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.
Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
