Responsibilities include managing VIP IT requests, ensuring service quality, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in VIP IT support, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with core Microsoft technologies and ITIL principles. - Assist with general IT activities for London-based users when needed.
- Provide mentoring to hardware technicians.
