Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Field Care Supervisor to join our growing care team. You will play a key role in supporting carers, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring high standards of care are delivered to our service users.

- Work closely with the office team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Previous experience in domiciliary care (senior carer or supervisor level).
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
