The Senior AV Technician will be responsible for managing and coordinating all audio-visual requirements for the organization. This includes setting up and operating AV equipment for events, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to staff and clients. - Oversee the setup and operation of AV equipment for live events, conferences, and meetings.
- Coordinate with event planners and stakeholders to understand AV requirements and provide solutions.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of AV equipment.
- Train and supervise junior AV staff and technicians.
- Stay up to date with the latest AV technology and trends.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate AV systems with organizational infrastructure

- Managing Live events and Townhalls on Microsoft Teams.
- Microsoft 700 training
- Editing content in Adobe Premier.
- Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Proven experience as an AV technician or similar role. (3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in AV technology would be an advantage
