Overview

NPD Lab Technician

  • Annual Salary: £27,000
  • Location: Northallerton
  • Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a kitchen cleaning schedule to ensure the NPD kitchen, including freezers and fridges, is organised and well-maintained.
  • Manufacture and develop Pilot Plant concepts.
  • Label concept samples appropriately and maintain a record of sample availability.
  • Manage kitchen stocks, ordering replacement stock on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain the inclusion library, updating it when new inclusions are introduced and ensuring new flavours are added to the mix analysis calculator.
  • Organise samples and collaborate with technologists to generate feedback for the pilot plant technician.
  • Ensure all tasks and procedures within the Development Kitchen and Pilot Plant are conducted safely.
