Family Solicitor – Northampton
My client is one of the region’s leading legal 500 recognized multi-service commercial law firms operating across Northamptonshire and the East Midlands. It has a fantastic reputation in the legal field, an emphasis on work-life balance, and has continuously gone from strength to strength across all departments in recent years.
Due to organic growth within the department, it is now looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic family law Solicitor to work within its team in Northampton. You will be a qualified Solicitor (Solicitor or Senior/Associate Solicitor) with 1 year PQE+ and be confident in handling your own portfolio of family law matters, including divorce proceedings, property & finances, private children issues, pre/post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, trust of land, and non-molestation applications.
Dealing with high-quality and often high-net-worth work, you will have exposure to a variety of family law matters, and your caseload will be truly varied. You will have support from legal assistants and paralegals within the department to ensure that every matter is handled efficiently and that you can provide excellent service to each client.
There exists a great office culture, where work-life balance is paramount. You'll be fully supported by department leads and partners within the team to further progress and advance your career, with no glass ceiling!
On offer is a competitive market-leading salary (in line with your previous family law experience and/or PQE) and full company benefits including private medical, 25 days holiday, and flexible working.
If you want to work for a law firm that recognizes each individual, rewards hard work, and continues to be one of the leading law firms in the region, then apply today or contact Izzie Vaughan at G2 Legal.
