As a Vice President – Global Family Office Strategy in the Global Family Office team, you will drive the execution of our strategy and support the international expansion of our service offering. You will work closely with senior leaders and advisors, helping to deliver client impact, develop new capabilities, and ensure operational excellence. You will be empowered to engage directly with clients, contribute to process improvements, and help shape the future of our platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution and global expansion of Family Office services, partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize the client and advisor experience in accessing and delivering Family Office services.
  • Coordinate and track progress of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage directly with Family Office clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Family Office capabilities, supporting Private Bank advisors.
  • Oversee the development of educational and marketing resources about Family Office services.
  • Support advisors and clients with information, resources, and operational assistance.
  • Oversee financial and data analysis to inform business decisions and measure performance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership and clients.
  • Provide operational and project management support for key business initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and maintain tracking for team priorities and milestones.
  • Support market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and client forums to promote our capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to process optimization and drive innovation in service delivery and client experience.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Extensive experience in private banking, family office, wealth management, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives and business management.
