Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
£56,120 + Annual Bonus (2K) + Double Match Pension (IF YOU put 5% they put 10%)
Overtime Readily Available – OTE £65,000

5 on 5 off DAYS/NIGHTS, 4 on 4 off DAYS and NIGHTS

• They are currently expanding their function and looking to bring on multiskilled maintenance engineers with a healthy salary increase to improve the maintenance team further
• A proper engineering environment with tons of options of training into robotics, PLC and further training mechanically

We are working with a prestigious client — a multisite business with over 80 years of UK experiences supplying to the construction sector. Operating a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Leicestershire, this company offers long-term job security, an outstanding reputation, and nationwide success. The engineering department is known for its supportive culture, robust training programs, and clear career progression paths. They are currently looking to strengthen their engineering team by welcoming amultiskilled maintenance engineer. They have recently introduced these positions with an increased salary to further improve the site and its maintenance function.

As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Reactive Maintenance
• Planned Preventive Maintenance
• Mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting
• Electrical fault finding – working inside control panels, 3 phase motors and inverters
• Fault finding and working on PLC systems
• Working on mechanical systems such as conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and pumps
• Repair and overhaul of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Our ideal Multiskilled Maintenance Engineerwill have:

• A Level 3 qualification ideally electrically bias
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Willingness to work shifts
• Strong team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude
