You’ll take ownership of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service standards across the store. Whether it’s supporting front‑end operations, managing feedback, or driving service improvements, you’ll make sure our store is a place customers love to shop.

• Experience managing or supervising in a customer‑facing retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A passion for customer service and team development.
• Confidence in handling customer feedback and resolving issues.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
