Business Development Executive

Location: Surbiton
Type: Full-Time / Hybrid

Hours: 9-5pm flexibility is offered

Salary: 35,000- 45,000 + uncapped commission + plus yearly company bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and people-focused individual to accelerate their career in business development. The role offers uncapped commission, professional growth, and the chance to work in a collaborative and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of business development and sales activities.
  • Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and research new business opportunities, particularly in the commercial property and surveying sectors.
  • Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and report on activity.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company profile.
Ideally you will have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building trust and meeting new people.
  • Proactive, resilient, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
