Retail Store Manager à United States

We are seeking a retail supervisor for our shop in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. This permanent part-time role involves a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, including some weekends.

Hourly rate of £13.11, guaranteed at least 24 hours weekly, earning a minimum of £314. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

• Support the management team in running the shop efficiently and providing excellent customer service
• Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, including customer service, deliveries, and routines for safety and cleanliness
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll

• Friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail or similar industry is preferred but not essential
