A leading engineering consultancy in the East Midlands is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop innovative solutions for industrial heating applications. You will join a dedicated team working on advanced projects aimed at replacing fossil fuel systems with sustainable alternatives. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience and is proficient in CAD design, specifically with Siemens NX. - 5–10 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer within BS8888 industries.
- Strong background in mechanical engineering with hands-on design experience.
- Knowledge of BS8888 or equivalent mechanical design standards.
Responsabilités
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for turbomachinery-based industrial heating applications.
- Create detailed designs in CAD in line with BS8888 standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate airflow blades and structural components.
