Job summary
A leading healthcare institution is seeking a radiographer to assist in the Breast Imaging Service in London. Duties include preparing patients, assisting in procedures, and teaching junior staff. Applicants must have extensive radiographic experience and be HCPC registered. This role is a genuine occupational requirement for female candidates due to the sensitive nature of the work. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist with the running of the Breast Imaging Service.
- Assist Radiologists and Radiographers during procedures.
- Prepare patients for their examinations.

- Perform high-quality Breast Radiographs.

- Perform high‑quality Breast Radiographs.
- Extensive general radiographic experience.
- HCPC registered.
- Willingness to work to the highest standards.
- Excellent communication skills with patients.
- Supported to complete a Post Graduate Certificate of Professional Practice in Mammography.
The successful candidate will gain experience in a systematic one‑stop breast clinic, cold lists and biopsies at the Macmillan Cancer Centre.
