A leading UK manufacturer is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the end-to-end procurement process. The successful candidate will manage purchase orders, maintain stock records, and prepare import/export documentation. Essential skills include previous procurement experience and strong communication abilities. The role offers a chance to work closely with various teams within the organization.

- IT literacy is expected with experience in ERP or CRM systems.

- Support the end-to-end procurement process.
- Liaise with couriers and freight forwarders.
- Manage purchase orders and maintain stock records.
- Prepare and maintain import, export, and customs documentation.
- Work with customer service and sales teams.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations.

- Main duties: To support with the end-to-end procurement process including import and export documentation.
- The role:
- To liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to monitor delivery progress
- To manage purchase orders and maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system
- To prepare and maintain import, export and customs documentation
- To work closely with customer service and sales teams to communicate lead times and stock availability
- To conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels
- To support with sourcing of and negotiation with domestic and international suppliers
- Previous experience in procurement or logistics – Essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate
- IT literate with experience using ERP or CRM systems
