Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Resolving day-to-day queries that arise.
• Ensuring all SLAs are adhered to.
• Working closely with Warehouse Team Leaders.
• Managing inbound shipments.
• Communicating with couriers.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Skills

MS Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build relationships with customers

Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management

Methodical and organised working style
