Responsibilities
  • Main duties: To support with the end-to-end procurement process including import and export documentation.
  • The role:
    • To liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to monitor delivery progress
    • To manage purchase orders and maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system
    • To prepare and maintain import, export and customs documentation
    • To work closely with customer service and sales teams to communicate lead times and stock availability
    • To conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels
    • To support with sourcing of and negotiation with domestic and international suppliers
