- Basic salary of up to £27,000

The successful Mortgage Administrator will have experience in a similar role and have excellent administrative skills.
- Supporting the mortgage advisor with all aspects of administration relating to mortgages.
- Helping to ensure compliance.
- Conducting anti money laundering checks.
- Maintaining administrative records.
- Keeping track of application progress.
- Dealing with solicitors, vendors and buyers.
As a Mortgage Administrator, a natural ability to multi task, manage a broad workload and having meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Administrator or Mortgage administration experience is preferred
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Accurate typing and PC skills
- A keen eye for detailAbility to multi task and be highly organised
