This role requires a highly organized and experienced Site Agent to manage all aspects of construction projects. Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety regulations.

Permanent

Relevant construction qualification (e.g., degree or diploma in construction management or a related field).

Significant experience as a Site Agent, with a proven track record in self-delivery projects or within the utilities sector.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology. Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
