Join an award-winning print production provider offering outstanding solutions. As part of the Production team, you will manage briefs through internal workflow tools, collaborating with Client Service functions. Responsibilities include:

1. Taking ownership of campaign planning and coordinating with internal teams to meet requirements.
2. Ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of jobs to high standards.
3. Aligning projects with client briefs and meeting deadlines consistently.
4. Maintaining budget adherence and managing risks/issues with stakeholders.
5. Communicating with client stakeholders as needed.

• Managing workflow by booking projects into the company's MIS.
• Coordinating with Production departments and Finishing teams throughout all stages.
• Developing and maintaining project critical paths.
• Reporting on WIP and project status regularly.
• Understanding and monitoring production processes and progress.
• Identifying bottlenecks and escalating risks to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Adopting technology to improve workflows.
• Completing invoicing promptly.

• Extensive knowledge of print production processes.
• Experience in large format or point of sale print industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
