Our client is a leading business in biometric software across various industries. They specialize in complex technology related to iris and ID recognition. With over 10 years of experience, they develop software solutions that help businesses manage and account for their workforce.

The What?

This is a hands-on Systems Analyst role focused on internal business systems. You'll be the lead administrator and functional expert for Salesforce and Access Dimensions (experience with this system is not required). Your responsibilities will include user support, systems configuration, integration, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

You will be part of the finance team but will collaborate cross-functionally with digital, IT, and operations teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce, including user management, reporting, automation, and integrations.
• Support and maintain financial systems.
• Serve as the technical owner of internal platforms and lead small projects, including a future ERP transition.
• Work with finance and digital teams to improve system workflows and data flows.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide training and documentation to users.

What You’ll Bring

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, workflows, and automation.

Experience supporting a financial system.

Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data tools is a bonus.

Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

The Benefits?

• 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays (option to purchase additional days).

This position requires 3 days onsite at their Liverpool office.
