Biffa recherche un Analyste de Récompense pour fournir des analyses et des modèles liés aux activités de récompense. Ce rôle implique l'analyse des données pour les processus de révision des salaires et des bonus, tout en soutenant divers programmes et projets liés à la récompense. Le candidat idéal aura au moins deux ans d'expérience, de fortes compétences analytiques, et sera à l'aise avec Power BI et Excel.

The Reward Analyst provides analysis, modelling and insights for all reward activities including pay review, gender pay gap reporting, annual performance management process, annual performance bonus, sales bonuses and long term incentives schemes. You will also support a variety of Reward related programmes and projects.
