The ICOA (Integrated Clinical & Operational Analytics) service contributes to developing the Reporting & Metrics strategy aligned with BI services, optimizing platform usage across GD and Cross Sector. You will maintain and optimize reporting and metrics platforms, ensuring they meet customer requirements and comply with regulations.

What you will be doing:

  • Execute strategy around reporting and metrics aligned with ICOA & EBIS, working with EBIS teams, GD IT, external partners, and vendors to optimize systems infrastructure.
  • Optimize user management, content management, performance, and lifecycle management related to reporting and metrics, in line with EBIS Shared Services direction.
  • Contribute to platform development for Medical Monitoring Data Quality, Risk-Based Monitoring, and Integrated Reporting to maximize GD value.
  • Collaborate with ICOA business owners to develop and deliver reports and metrics, such as:
  • Medical monitoring visualizations.
  • Measure KPIs and Risk Indicators for clinical development to provide metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting from internal data warehouses.
  • Provide external reports as assigned.

You are:

  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer Science.
  • Having 2-3 years of experience with Data warehouse platforms in regulated industries, including at least 1 year working with matrixed teams.
  • Experienced with reporting/dashboarding software (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau) and database/ETL platforms, with knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiar with BI tools such as Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, and SharePoint setup.
  • Proficient in scripting languages like IronPython, R, R Shiny, SAS, or similar.
  • Preferred experience in pharma & life sciences industry.
  • Possessing competencies in problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organization, project management, communication, customer focus, innovation, partnership, leadership, process improvement, and solution orientation.
