Advanced Community Practitioner: Urgent Care & Virtual Ward
Job summary
A regional healthcare provider is seeking an Advanced Community Practitioner to support their growing team. This role involves conducting home visits for patients at risk of admission to the hospital and requires significant community experience. Candidates must be registered as a General Nurse or AHP and hold a Master's in Advanced Practice. The role also calls for V300 independent prescribing qualification. The position offers diverse shift patterns to meet service needs across a 7 days a week schedule.
Qualifications
