A prominent recruitment agency in Bristol is seeking a Principal / Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead a contract desk in the renewable energy market. The ideal candidate has proven recruitment experience, particularly in construction, and demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills. This role offers a hybrid working model and attractive benefits including uncapped commission and substantial annual leave.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, exceeding client expectations.
- Proactively attract high-caliber candidates through diverse methods.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings for perfect job-role matches.
Skills
Salary: Up to £40, base + £100k OTE
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri

- 32 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays plus 2 Christmas closure days and birthday day off) rising to 35 days with length of service

- Excellent knowledge with contracts, construction compliance, CIS and IR35
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of outstanding results.
- Able to demonstrate and evidence previous annual billings of £150,+ per annum.
