Bank Support Worker
Job summary
A leading care provider is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Hurn. The role requires assisting young people, providing a supportive environment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Wing College are recruiting now for experienced Bank Support Workers to join their growing team.
Cambian Wing College is a specialist further education college offering both day and 38-52 week residential placements. We provide holistic education for young people aged 16-25 years, with high-functioning autism and complex needs. Many of our students can display challenging behaviour and may also suffer with mental health conditions that impact their ability to achieve their potential.
- Assist young people in developing life skills, qualifications, and confidence.
- Provide a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes individual growth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans.
- Act as a positive role model while engaging young people in educational and social activities.
- Facilitate and support daily living tasks and routines, ensuring safety and well-being.

- Flexible approach to shift work, adapting to varying scheduling needs.
