HR & Employment Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF: 1164.

Responsibilities
  • This national law firm is looking for an Employment Partner to head up their team in the Birmingham office.
  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
  • You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload, to include handling discipline and grievances, bullying and harassment and employee conflict, Equality and Diversity, sickness absence and disability and redundancies.
  • You will be provided with a professional, friendly and sociable setting, in which to thrive and realise your potential.
  • As well as advising on all aspects of employment law, the team also offer a wide range of value added services; of particular note is their impressive training offering.
  • A real go-getter with a business/commercial mind, who can work well under pressure.
