Overview
Night Receptionist (HOT0BXEQ) — Hilton Cobham, Seven Hills Road South Cobham KT11 1EW. You will join the Night Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional levels of customer service.
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts, including guest check-ins and check-outs where required.
- Provide knowledgeable information on all room categories and hotel facilities to guests.
- Maintain guest records, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive stay.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
