A healthcare organization in Romford is seeking a Breast Lead Nurse to oversee the Breast Service. This role includes managing Breast Care Nurses, providing clinical expertise, and representing the service at meetings. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with over 5 years of experience in the Breast field. The position offers competitive salary and full-time working pattern.
BHRUT is looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the position of the Breast Lead Nurse. As a Lead Nurse, you will have overall responsibility for the direction and development of the Breast Service at BHRUT. You will manage a team of Breast Care Nurses and the Breast outpatient department, offer clinical expertise, advice and clinical skills to ensure the smooth running of the department and high standards of care. As a Lead you will represent the service at regional and national Breast Cancer meetings.

The post holder will work as an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team within Barking Havering and Redbridge University Trust.
