Nursery Room Leader

• Be responsible for the day to day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery.
• Hold an NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Train and develop staff by imparting knowledge and skills.
• Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of a child\'s developmental requirements and provide a range of stimulating learning experiences designed to meet all-round development.
• Undertake an enhanced DBS check.

• NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS check (to be undertaken).

• Performance related bonus up to £1,200 per year.
• Working pattern: choose a 4-day 36 hour week or 5-day 40 hour week.
• Annual leave: up to 32 days per year (including 3 days between Christmas/New Year and a personal day).
