Overview

Ashbourne Healthcare Services is a well-established and reputable provider of health and social care services to private individuals.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator with scheduling experience to join our domiciliary care team in delivering high quality home care services in and around Central London. Close guidance and training will be given.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct person centred care needs assessments, risk assessments, care reviews and service quality checks.
  • Monitor and assist with scheduling of care workers to clients.
  • Work with support from the Senior Care Coordinator and the Management team.
  • The role is office based, full time and with additional shared on-call (offsite) duties.
Requirements / Skills
  • Well organised, ambitious, empathetic, works well under pressure and is able to carry out administrative duties efficiently.
