Job summary
A quality hotel chain in Liverpool is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee property maintenance and ensure efficient job completion. The role requires strong attention to detail, team leadership skills, and a background in hotel maintenance. Candidates should have experience in a similar environment, as well as knowledge of health and safety practices. We prioritize internal development and progression for our team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
- Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
- Computer literacy for compliance and audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Allocate responsibilities to the maintenance team and ensure daily jobs are completed.
- Prepare and manage preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail.
- Meet deadlines and liaise with contractors as required.
- Take responsibility for health and safety on the property.
