Private Client Solicitor – Director Level
Gloucestershire

An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take on a leadership role.This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer who is looking to step into a director-level position, with genuine scope for progression to Equity in the future.

The role:
You will lead and develop the Private Client team, with responsibility for shaping its future direction and driving efficiencies. The caseload is broad and includes:

• Wills, trusts and probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• General private client work for a loyal client base
• Some high-net-worth matters

Alongside fee-earning, you will be a visible leader, supporting and mentoring colleagues while ensuring the continued growth and success of the department.

The opportunity:

• Initial appointment as Director, with a clear path to Equity
• Well-established firmserving clients across Gloucestershire, Cheltenham and Worcester

About you:

• Senior private client solicitor or legal executivewith significant post-qualification experience
• Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate and LPA work
• Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team
• Commercially minded with the confidence to contribute to the department’s strategy and growth
• Ambitious, with interest in potential future Equity participation
