A leading legal services provider is looking for a Senior Contracts Litigator to join their Civil Litigation Team. This role involves managing consumer contracts and professional negligence claims, providing clear legal advice, and supervising junior staff. The ideal candidate will possess a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Flexible working options are available, including a hybrid model.

We have a new opportunity to join our Civil Litigation Team within DLG Legal Services as a Senior Contracts Litigator.
Acting for clients on consumer contracts (including new build and misrepresentation), and professional negligence disputes, managing conduct of the claims from the initial assessment stage through to final hearing and beyond to enforcement in the fast, intermediate and multi track.

Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office. You can be based from our Bristol, Bromley or Leeds office - depending on which is closest to you.
