Overview

Job title: Employment Solicitor • Location: Southampton • Salary: £50k-£65k - depending on experience • Contract Type: Permanent • Working Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Work closely with highly knowledgeable senior individuals in a tight-knit and collegiate team.
• Work for clients in health and social care, life sciences and social enterprise sectors.
• Provide sound HR advice on contentious and non-contentious matters, including managing grievances and disciplinary procedures, advising on whistleblowing and discrimination issues/complaints, commercial support work such as reorganisations and TUPE transfers, and more.
• Collaborate with partners known for solving complex legal issues as you develop your skills and knowledge within a collaborative and friendly team.
• There is scope for real career development as you will be exposed to diverse, rewarding and crucial work from day one.
