Job summary
A leading vehicle conversion company in Kidlington seeks a General Labourer to support tradespeople in various tasks within a coach-building environment. The position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a team. While no previous experience in coach building is necessary, candidates with experience in related industries will be preferred. Training will be provided, ensuring growth opportunities within a supportive team. Competitive salary offered based on the candidate's experience.

- Experience in labouring, manufacturing, or automotive industries is highly regarded.
- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist tradespeople with internal builds and repair of coaches and custom vehicles.
- Move, organise, and prepare materials for production.
- Perform basic assembly and fitting tasks under supervision.
- Use hand and power tools as required.
- Loading and unloading components and materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Complete general labour and support tasks as directed by supervisors.
