The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in business development within the sector and a proven ability to open doors for growth. Responsibilities include advising OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in automotive and household appliances, and facilitating partnerships with global manufacturers.

Our client is a specialized industrial manufacturing company focused on the design, engineering, and production of advanced plastic and hybrid components for technically demanding applications.
They are based in central Europe and now want to enter the UK market and offer customers a one-stop offering covering engineering, tooling, moulding, assemble and automation.
The core expertise lies in precision plastic injection moulding, including multi-shot (2K/3K) moulding, insert moulding, and plastic-to-metal hybrid technologies.
The company typically supports customers from concept and tool design through to serial production. Operations are geared toward high-volume manufacturing with high automation and strict quality requirements. Customers are primarily global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in sectors such as automotive seating & mechanisms, household appliances, and other industries requiring reliable, high-precision technical components.
The company positions itself not only as a manufacturer but as an engineering and industrialization partner, supporting customers in reducing weight, improving performance, enhancing cost-efficiency, and accelerating time-to-market through innovative materials and process technologies.
