The Conveyancer / Solicitor Opportunity: As Conveyancer / Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to dedicate yourself to focussing closely to your own caseload, providing excellent customer service and an efficient workflow. About you: + 3+ years’ experience carrying a high-volume caseload (100+ files) + Experience in variety of transactions including sales and purchases of freehold leasehold, shared ownership, new build, buy to let, transfer of equity and remortgaging. + Experience overseeing full transactions: including dealing with enquiries and undertaking title checks. + Client focused approach, proactively updating clients and referrers + A proven track record working within a fast paced, target driven environment. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong IT literacy with previous experience using case management systems. + A team player, providing guidance and support to colleagues when required.
