A leading technology services provider in Surrey Heath is seeking an IT Service Transition Engineer to lead customer IT transitions. Responsibilities include creating onboarding plans, resolving technical issues, and ensuring successful migrations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of Microsoft solutions experience and strong customer care skills. This role offers a salary of £40-£45k with flexible remote work options.
