A leading infrastructure firm in the UK is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee compliance within their Highways Electrical division. This role involves developing processes and managing audits while ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess an ISO 9001:2015 qualification, a background in corporate auditing, and a full UK driving license. The position offers a competitive salary along with extensive benefits, primarily remote work with necessary travel across the South West.
Job Title: Quality and Compliance Manager
Base Location: Primarily remote, though regular travel to sites across the South West will be needed
Salary: £38,212 - £58,945 depending on skills and experience, car allowance plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time (37 Hours) – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract – with the potential to extend

We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager to take full ownership of compliance for our National Highways framework within Enerveo’s Highways Electrical division. This is a new role, giving you the opportunity to establish processes, procedures, and systems from the ground up. You’ll shape how we manage compliance across our projects, ensuring everything we deliver is safe, efficient, and meets the highest regulatory and contractual standards. You’ll be the go‑to expert for all things compliance — from maintaining our ISO 9001 and National Highways Sector Scheme standards to managing audits, liaising with stakeholders, and continuously improving how we work.
You’ll join us with a background in corporate auditing, and be just as comfortable updating online portals and maintaining compliance records as you are being client‑facing and taking a big‑picture view of compliance and quality improvement.
