Remote Senior Client Success Manager - 12Mo Maternity
Job summary
A leading travel technology company is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract based in the UK. The successful candidate will oversee digital advertising campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires over 5 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in the travel sector, and a bachelor's degree. There is also an opportunity for further contracts or a transition to a permanent position depending on business needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years overall experience in digital and programmatic advertising.
- At least 2 years in the travel vertical is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard business and sales software.
Responsibilities
- Ensure campaign execution and operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with European digital advertising clients.
- Analyze campaign performance against KPIs.
